The TT DINER in Archerfield is re-opening in a few weeks time! It is fully set up like an American diner and boasts the best equipment & facilities available to service the area from 6:30AM to 2:30PM Monday to Friday. We are also open every second Friday evening 4pm to 8pm.
Who are we?
The TT Diner is a wholly owned subsidiary of TradeTools Pty Ltd & is adjacent to the TradeTools Archerfield store. TradeTools is a proud QLD family owned company with 38 years of success so this opening offers a secure & rewarding position to the right person.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated person to join the TT Diner Team on a 12 Month Temporary Contract. There may also be an opportunity to go permanent after this period.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced short order cook who is easy going, creative, reliable & not afraid of hard work. This is mainly a BOH position with occasional FOH required during certain times, so a flexible & easy going attitude is paramount!
The successful applicant will have:
Previous experience in an a fast pace food service environment
A quality driven approach to food production,
Knowledge of relevant food safety requirements,
Excellent organisational and team work skills,
A 'can-do' attitude
Non-smoker preferred
What do we offer
Competitive remuneration of $1000.00 Gross per week, plus superannuation. Also room to grow for the right person, and of course more on the weeks that you work the Friday evening :)
Work life balance - Trading 6:30AM to 2:30PM, Monday to Friday means most of the afternoon off!!!
