Role / Responsibilities

• Checking of working drawings in line with monthly KPI’s
• Monitoring the drafting inbox and assisting with variations
• Amending working drawings to suit developer approval, energy assessment and building permit approvals
• Liaise with 3rd parties to assess the most suitable options for engineering to suit the companies construction techniques
• Preparation of full sets of working drawings if required
• Assisting with sales concept sketches as required

What we are looking for

• Over 4 years experience as a draftsperson within residential construction
  
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD Software
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate with consultants, and produce accurate, high-quality documentation.
• Must reside in Victoria with full working rights
