Key Responsibilities:

Logistics:

Coordinate and monitor daily deliveries and dispatches.

Liaise with transport companies and drivers to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.

Accurately complete delivery dockets and associated paperwork.

Assist with loading and unloading trucks using forklifts or other equipment.

Track stock movements and assist in stock takes.

Yard Duties:

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized yard and storage area.

Store materials and equipment in a logical and accessible manner.

Inspect and maintain yard tools and equipment, reporting any issues.

Ensure all safety procedures are followed at all times.

Assist with general laboring duties as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or yard operations preferred.

Forklift license (essential or willingness to obtain).

Good physical fitness and ability to lift/move heavy items safely.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Basic computer literacy for logging deliveries and stock (training provided if needed).

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
