Having recently expanded from two to four clinics, we have several roles available within Beyond Dental Care. Although all staff are employed casually initially, we offer permanency to the majority of our team after a three month period, and pay above award rates for excellent staff. Full-time hours are available.

The positions we are currently looking to fill are:

An experienced DA/FOC to work between our Burpengary and Sandstone Point clinics

An experienced DA/FOC for our Hamilton clinic

Please note that you will need to hold a Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting and/or have at least three years of experience in private practice dental, to be considered for these roles. All positions may involve working between clinics from time to time.

Qualifications & experience

Certificate III in Dental Assisting, and/or

At least three years experience in private practice for DA and FOC roles

Tasks & responsibilities

Depending on the role, these may include:

Clinical treatment assistance

Treatment room preparation

Building trust and rapport with patients

Sterilisation procedures

Creating a great first impression, on the phone and in person

Assisting patients in booking their appointments

Assisting with patient understanding for case acceptance

Processing payments for services, including Tyro and/or Hicaps
