$87.56 per hour + salary packaging | Director of Nursing - Planning and Reform (Aged & Community Care)
Permanent Full time | 40 hours per week including a monthly ADO

About the Role

Lead transformational change in aged and community care. This senior role offers strategic influence, innovation and partnership at an organisational level. Ideal for a values driven leader ready to shape care delivery through reform.

You will:
• Drive reform strategy across Aged & Community Care
• Translate legislation into real world care models
• Lead governance for quality, safety and risk
• Champion staff development and compliance
• Collaborate with cross functional leadership

Key Responsibilities

• Implement plans and care models across the directorate
• Lead frameworks for clinical governance and service safety
• Update policy based on quality and regulation trends
• Deliver safe, effective, timely care
• Build a strong, values-driven care culture
• Manage Quality Advisors and AN-ACC staff

Skills & Experience

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
• Strong leadership in healthcare reform or quality systems
• In-depth knowledge of aged/community care standards
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
• Ability to meet strategic goals within set timeframes
