Project Director - Renewable Energy (Wind Farms) - FIFO 3:1 | Up to $350K+
Location: SA-based Projects | FIFO from VIC, WA, or anywhere in Australia
Salary: Upwards of $350K + benefits

We're partnering with a leading developer in the infrastrcuture sector seeking a highly experienced Project Director (or a capable Senior Project Manager ready to step up) to lead the delivery of major wind farm projects across South Australia.

About the Role:

You'll take full ownership of the delivery phase, with a strong focus on the electrical scope-civil works will be subcontracted. This role requires solid experience in electrical infrastructure delivery within utility-scale renewable projects, and strong leadership across all phases of execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Lead end-to-end delivery of wind farm infrastructure in SA
• 
  Oversee all aspects of electrical scope delivery, ensuring quality, safety, and deadlines are met
• 
  Collaborate closely with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders
• 
  FIFO from anywhere in Australia, on a flexible roster (3:1 preferred)

Requirements:

• 
  Proven track record delivering Wind Farm Projects
• 
  Strong background in electrical systems and infrastructure delivery
• 
  Must have non-client side experience, with a hands-on approach to project delivery
• 
  Excellent leadership, contractor management, and communication skills
• 
  Australian citizenship required (due to project clearance requirements)
