Better Move Mobile Physiotherapy is a growing private mobile physiotherapy practice led by Michelle Belcher, an experienced clinician with over 15 years experience with a strong reputation for patient outcomes.
We provide tailored, in-home physiotherapy for NDIS participants, private clients, DVA and WorkCover cases.

Remuneration Package
Year 1 (Post-Probation): Total package: $113,500 base + Up to $33,000 Bonus in Year 1
Base Salary: $85,000 (Increases to $90,000 after probation)
Car Allowance: $10,000
Super: $12,000
PD Allowance: $1,500
Performance-Based Bonus Structure (Post Probation)

Our system is built to reward performance fairly and transparently.
If you're meeting an average caseload and maintaining high patient care standards, you should be earning bonuses—consistently.
If you're driven to take on more, you’ll be paid more. The higher your billable hours, the higher your bonus rate.
There is a direct, measurable link between what you contribute and what you earn.
Bonuses apply once you exceed 27 billable hours per week (e.g. 18 x 1-hour appointments including billable travel).
Work hard, get rewarded. Simple.
Bonus potential in Year 1: Up to $33,000+
Bonus potential in Year 2: Up to $36,000+
Bonus Potential in Year 3: Up to $46,000+

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for an experienced, self-directed physiotherapist who meets the following:
Qualifications & Compliance
Current AHPRA registration as a physiotherapist
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
Professional indemnity insurance compliant with AHPRA standards
Valid First Aid and CPR certification
Valid Australian driver’s license
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for community-based home visits
Minimum 3 years post-graduate clinical experience in private practice or community settings (ideally experience with working with NDIS participants). Hospital work inclusive of inpatient rehabilitation / acute neurological ward work would also be acceptable.
Residency in or near Brisbane or Ipswich
Clinical Competence
You must be confident and experienced in assessing and treating a broad range of conditions across:
Neurological conditions (e.g. stroke, Parkinson’s, MS, acquired brain injury)
Orthopaedic rehabilitation (e.g. post-surgical joint replacement, fractures, tendon repairs)
Musculoskeletal injuries (e.g. back and neck pain, shoulder dysfunction, postural issues)
Chronic pain management
Falls prevention and balance retraining
Aged care and functional mobility
Paediatric physiotherapy (e.g. developmental delay, disability support)
Hydrotherapy programs (design and delivery when access is available)
Exercise-based rehabilitation and home exercise prescription
Disability care (NDIS) – including documentation, communication with support coordinators, and goal-oriented therapy
You must also demonstrate:
Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills
Confidence working autonomously in the community
Clear and professional written and verbal communication

We are not looking for someone who needs micromanagement or views this as a short-term stepping stone.
Expectations – Clear & Non-Negotiable
We offer significant flexibility and autonomy—but it’s conditional on performance.
We expect you to:
Deliver a minimum of 27 billable hours/week
Ensure all patient notes are completed and up to date within a reasonable timeframe after each session.
Submit invoices within 3 business days
Maintain an up-to-date diary within 1 business day of changes
Proactively build and maintain a referral network
Communicate clearly, respectfully, and directly—especially when issues arise
Failure to meet these standards affects bonus eligibility and ongoing employment.
