Who Are We?
The Body Refinery is not your average clinic. We’re a vibrant, boutique studio where physiotherapy meets the magic of Pilates, and where clients don’t just recover—they thrive. Our studio is filled with natural light, a gym, 2 fully equipped Pilates spaces, a reformer room, 10 treatment rooms, an infrared sauna, laughter, and a team of passionate professionals who love what they do.

We’ve proudly been a part of the New Farm community for over 18 years, building strong relationships and supporting thousands of clients through every stage of their wellness journey.

Right now, our beloved founder and owner is facing stage 4 cancer. As she focuses on her health, we’re looking for someone truly special to step into a leadership role with heart, integrity, and confidence. This is more than a job — it’s a chance to carry the vision forward, support a tight-knit team, and help lead a business that’s been a cornerstone of the community.

Who Are You?
You’re a dynamic physiotherapist who can spot a muscle imbalance and a business opportunity from a mile away. You’re someone who leads with both empathy and efficiency, and you’re ready to take the reins with confidence. You love helping clients move better, and you get just as much joy out of helping a business move forward.

The Role:
As our Clinical Manager, you’ll wear a few fabulous hats:
👩‍⚕️ Clinician – Deliver high-quality, Pilates-informed physiotherapy that gets clients moving and smiling.
📈 Leader – Inspire, support, and guide our amazing clinical team.
💡 Strategist – Drive business development, refine our offerings and help take The Body Refinery to the next level.
🤝 Trusted Right Hand – Provide stability and leadership along with our practice manager and operations manager while the owner steps back. Your role will be pivotal.
🧘 Culture Curator – Be the vibe-check for our space; help nurture a positive, collaborative, and empowering environment.

What We’re Looking For:

A qualified and AHPRA registered physiotherapist (obviously!) APA membership is ideal.

Experience in clinical leadership or team management

A solid track record in business development or clinic growth

Pilates training/experience, or a strong willingness to learn and love it

Someone trustworthy, proactive, and confident in taking the lead when needed

A person with heart, ready to support both a team and a legacy
