Mobile Disability Physio is seeking an experienced full time physiotherapist to join our team and help make a difference in the community.

Previous NDIS experience or community physio experience is preferred.

Excellent Renumeration- $95,000-$105,000 + super + work vehicle

Mobile Disability Physio offers mentoring and learning opportunities.

Our focus is the delivery of quality care.

We achieve this by providing Musculoskeletal CPD, Neurological CPD and Paediatric CPD.
We provide 3 formal CPD sessions every 4/52.
We also have Team Meetings every 2/52, Journal Club and external CPD opportunities.

We provide a mobile physiotherapy service for NDIS participants.

We work with our NDIS participants to help them achieve their goals.

We provide physio home visits as well as hydrotherapy.

As a physiotherapist with Mobile Disability Physio, you must be professional, motivated and engaging with good communication skills (verbal and written).
The ability to work autonomously and independently is crucial.

Time management skills are essential.

The position comes with a work vehicle and applicants will require a driver's license.

Qualifications & experience

• Full APHRA registration- only full APHRA applicants considered
• Full and current Australian driver's licence. Work vehicle provided.
• Valid Australian working rights.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Provision of Physiotherapy (assessment, treatment and set up/progression of home exercise program) to support our NDIS participant.
• Ability to work independently, with support as part of our team and supervision sessions provided as needed.
• Work closely with NDIS participants, family members and support workers
• Communicate with allied health staff and Support Coordinators
• Excellent documentation skills and report writing including Physiotherapy Initial Assessment Reports and End of NDIS Plan Reports. We will provide training and support for NDIS documentation.
• Use clinical reasoning and evidence based practice to meet clinical standards
