CP Personnel are currently looking for CNC Mill and Lathe Operators for companies based on Brisbane’s East and Lower North Sides.

Job 1- Machinist / Programmer
Brisbane Lower North Side:

• Program, Setup and Run 3 axis Milling Machines, Lathes and some manual machines from drawing and specifications provided.
• Adhere to Quality Management expectations.
• Proactively identify and initiate continuous improvement opportunities.
• Perform regular production and quality checks using standard measuring instruments and tools.

Job 2- Setter / Operator
Brisbane East:

• Set up, operate, and run multiple 3,4 and 5 axis mills with no supervision
• Check initial product against drawings for errors and remedy any inconsistencies
• Perform regular quality checks and escalate any recurring issues.
• Carry out minor maintenance on machinery as required
• Be available for 3 x 8 hr rotating shifts.
