Client Information:

Located in Townsville, the vibrant coastal hub known as the capital of North Queensland, this community pharmacy is part of a well-established group. The pharmacy operates within extended hours, offering a dynamic environment with a steady script trade and strong community presence.

Job Specification:

As Pharmacist in Charge, you'll lead the dispensary team to ensure smooth daily operations. You'll oversee medication packing (handled by a Technician), support vaccination and other clinical services as needed, and maintain high levels of customer interaction and care. The role involves working closely with other Pharmacists on shift, supported by 2 Technicians, an Intern, and an engaged front of shop team.

This is a rotational roster, with specific days and hours to be discussed at interview, but will involve some early evening closes and weekend work.

Skills Required:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Minfos dispensing system.
• Passion for customer service and delivering clinical care.
• Flexibility to work across the roster including weekends and public holidays on rotation for higher earning capacity.

Salary & Benefits:

• $60/hr Monday to Friday.
• $70/hr Saturday.
• $80/hr Sunday.
• $100/hr Public Holidays.
