Latitude Recruitment is excited to partner with West Wimmera Health Service in the search for a Pharmacist in Charge. This full-time role offers a dynamic opportunity to deliver essential pharmacy services, including medication supply, clinical advice, and consumer support across various service areas of West Wimmera Health Service.

Based in Nhill, this position may require travel across multiple sites as needed.

About the Role:

As the Pharmacist in Charge, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, providing expert advice to both health professionals and patients, and managing pharmacy operations in alignment with regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will have:

A Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) and current registration with AHPRA

At least 12 months of recent experience as a Pharmacist or Pharmacy Manager within a health service

A strong commitment to ethical practice and legal compliance

Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

A team-oriented approach and the ability to thrive in a multi-disciplinary environment

Dedication to ongoing education and professional development

Demonstrated excellent organisational and time management skills.

Immunisation History

Current Police Clearance, Working with Children Check and NDIS Check, or willingness to obtain one
