We have partnered with an ASX Listed Financial Services firm who are looking to employ a talented and motivated Financial Accountant within one of their leading divisions.

Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for :

· Financial reporting, profit and loss and balance sheet reconciliations

· Perform month-end close for several entities

· Work with the external auditors preparing statutory accounts, and half and year-end reporting for the listed Group

· Managing queries from senior management and auditors

· Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

· Contribute to various projects around accounting procedure improvements, control enhancements and system implementations

The Requirements:

· CA/CPA/ACCA qualified

· Previous experience in a Financial Accounting role, ideally within an ASX or Financial Services background.

· Strong Excel

· High level and confident communication skills.

· A self-starter with a positive attitude and initiative.
