About YOUR New Job:
As a Senior Financial Accountant, you will:

• Support Financial Operations: Provide professional accounting services to the business, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
• Manage Key Financial Responsibilities: Maintain balance sheet integrity, assist in preparing statutory accounts, and coordinate monthly financial results for the company.
• Assist in Taxation & Audit: Prepare Business Activity Statements (BAS), FBT returns, and other indirect taxes. You will also support both internal and external audits.
• Drive Business Improvement: Collaborate with the Financial Controller on process improvement initiatives and help manage relationships with bankers and other key partners.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to company safety policies and environmental standards while promoting ethical business practices across all operations.

About YOU!
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant who has:

• A degree in accounting, with a CPA, CA or ACA qualification.
• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry, with a strong background in cost accounting and inventory analysis.
• Proficiency in IFRS and familiarity/exposure with a large ERP system.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with both internal teams and external stakeholders professionally.
• A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to improving processes.
• High attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and a collaborative approach to work.
