We are seeking a talented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Long Fine Hospitality Supplies'. This full-time role is based in our Broadmeadows, VIC office and will play a crucial part in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring excellent customer service.

The key responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to :

Responding to customer inquiries and orders in a timely and professional manner

Coordinating the order fulfilment process, liaising with internal teams to ensure timely delivery

Maintaining accurate records and inventory data to support sales forecasting and reporting

Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks, such as creating sales proposals and presentations

Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar customer-facing role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and internal sales team.

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy

A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving
