Duration: Approximate 7-month contract with possibility of extension
Pay rate: APS4: $52.53 - $55.51 per hour plus 11.5% super | APS5: $56.31 - $60.90 per hour plus 11.5% super
Security Clearance Requirements: Applicants must be an Australian citizen and hold a Baseline security clearance at time of application
OVERVIEW:
We are looking for experience Data and Administration Officers (APS4 and APS5) to play a key role in will undertaking a range of critical tasks, including data remediation, manual supporting processes, and ongoing operational support. This is an opportunity to actively drive incident and problem resolution and system restoration, while assisting staff with remediating incorrect data and troubleshooting data-related system issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data entry, cleansing and remediation activities, in line with standard operating procedures, with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Assisting staff with remediating incorrect data and troubleshooting data-related system issues.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests and troubleshoot to conclusion.
- Assisting in monitoring the group mailbox, triaging and raising incidents as they arise, maintaining the incident tracker, and actively following up with impacted users in coordination with IT support teams.
- Providing ongoing BAU support, including managing access requests ad hoc requests from state and territory offices.
- Developing and maintaining SOPs for data remediation processes, manual supporting processes and BAU activities.
EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience within Australian Public Service and Project Operations is desirable.
- Demonstrated high standard of written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritising critical activities.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic and high-pressure team environment.
