Junction Support Services is seeking a Vocational Education Specialist to join our growing Care Services team in Outer Gippsland. This part-time role (0.6FTE – 45 hours per fortnight) is based in Bairnsdale and covers the surrounding Sale and Bairnsdale region.

Working within our residential care setting, you’ll help young people explore education and vocational pathways that reflect their goals, interests, and strengths. You’ll partner with the Therapeutic Specialist and the broader Care Team to assess needs, develop individualised plans, and support young people to re-engage with learning and build skills for independence.
