At Junction Support Services, we don’t just talk about better futures — we build them. Every day.
About the Role
This is no ordinary management role. You’ll lead a dedicated team delivering three key services for young people in Out of Home Care:

🏠 Residential Care Case Management – Guiding care teams to meet individual needs with empathy and purpose
📚 Education Specialist Support – Re-engaging young people with education and training pathways
You’ll manage staff across Inner and Outer Gippsland, providing coaching, oversight, and operational leadership — ensuring services run smoothly, staff are supported, and the voice of every young person remains at the centre of what we do.
Why You’ll Thrive Here
Lead with purpose – Influence service delivery that has real community impact
Shape the future – Mentor and coach passionate staff to deliver exceptional care
Grow with us – Access to tailored training, career development and paid study leave
Enjoy flexibility – 5 weeks leave + TOIL + salary packaging + professional support
What You’ll Bring
Relevant qualifications in Social Work, Community Services or related fields
A deep understanding of trauma-informed, strength-based practice
Leadership experience in case management or residential care settings
A collaborative, people-focused approach with excellent communication skills
