Bistro Supervisor – Permanent Part-Time (30 hours/week)

Lead our front-of-house team in delivering outstanding dining experiences.
Key responsibilities include:

Supervising bistro operations and team performance

Coordinating shifts, bookings, and service standards

Ensuring compliance with RSA and WHS requirements

What we’re looking for:

Previous supervisory experience in a bistro or restaurant setting

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends and evenings

Current RSA (essential)

Trainee Hotel Manager – Full Time or Part-Time

An excellent opportunity to learn the ropes of hotel operations under experienced mentors.

You will be involved in:

All areas of hotel operations including bistro, bar, gaming, and administration

Staff management, customer service, stock control, and compliance

Ideal candidates will have:

A passion for hospitality and leadership

Strong work ethic and commitment to learning

Availability across a 7-day roster

RSA and RCG (or willingness to obtain)

RSA Marshall / Courtesy Bus Driver – Casual

A great role for someone who enjoys interacting with patrons and ensuring safe service and transport.

Responsibilities include:

Monitoring RSA compliance and supporting venue safety

Assisting with patron behaviour and venue standards

Operating the courtesy bus for safe patron drop-offs and pick-ups

Requirements:

Current RSA and valid driver’s licence (LR licence preferred)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work evenings and weekends

Previous experience in marshalling or bus driving (desirable but not essential)

Casual FOH Bistro Staff

Join our friendly team delivering top-tier customer service in our bistro.

Duties include:

Taking orders, serving food and beverages

Setting and clearing tables, processing payments

Maintaining a clean and welcoming dining space

Requirements:

Prior hospitality experience desirable

Excellent customer service and teamwork skills

RSA required

Casual Bar & Gaming Attendants

Work in a dynamic bar and gaming environment with full training provided.

Your responsibilities will include:

Serving drinks, operating the bar, maintaining cleanliness

Providing customer service in the gaming room

Monitoring patron behaviour and compliance

Requirements:

Current RSA and RCG (essential)

Availability for night and weekend shifts

Friendly attitude and attention to detail
