As part of the RSA Marshal team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and compliance of RSA processes within our bar outlets. Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, you will be part of a well-supported team of RSA queue Marshals delivering high-quality RSA monitoring, risk identification, escalation and response, during events at McDonald Jones Stadium.

RSA Marshal

RSA Marshal Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Deliver RSA Marshalling across bar queues during events.

Maintain effective team communication throughout events appropriately escalating any incidents as required

Accurately record and complete detailed reporting of all RSA Incidents both in appropriate safety documents and within the safety system program as necessary.

Collaborate with the Retail Operations Manager to improve processes and service delivery.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

A current RSA certificate.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively engage within a team -Proven experience in a supervisory role in hospitality or events is highly desirable

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Professional work ethic, high level of grooming and presentation skills.

A commitment to safety and compliance with a passion for providing great customer service and ability to exceed guest expectations.

Background in Security/ RSA roles will be highly regarded.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
