Torrens Health is seeking a highly organised and proactive Admin – Group Assistant to assist the Executive General Manager and support managers across various support services functions. This role is vital in supporting the growth of our systems, improving business operations, and ensuring day-to-day administrative efficiency across the group and its associated businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Executive General Manager and support managers with administrative and coordination tasks
Schedule and coordinate meetings, manage calendars, book rooms, and handle travel arrangements
Maintain accurate records and document filing systems
Track key dates such as contract renewals, lease expirations, loan settlements, regulatory deadlines, and tenders
Liaise with the finance team to support integration of business and financial processes
Contribute to the development and implementation of improved systems and procedures
Assist with preparing tender documents and procurement processes
Conduct internal audits to support compliance and accuracy
Coordinate low-priority maintenance and trade service requests
Standardise administrative processes across the group and support change initiatives
Identify opportunities for improvements in property and procurement operations
Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role (minimum 2 years)
Strong attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with leadership and cross-functional teams
Experience in healthcare or multi-business environments is a plus
Experience working with executive teams/board members would be beneficial
