The Company:
A leading Tier 2 commercial builder with over 50 years of proven success are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the business on a permanent basis. With expertise spanning multiple sectors, this business undertakes projects in education, aged care, healthcare, sports, commercial and industrial spaces, with projects ranging between $1 million to $150 million.

Job description:
Your initial project will be a $10M early learning center in Melbourne’s west commencing in late April 2025. As Site Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the project, ensuring it’s delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Your key responsibilities include:
• Managing and supervising site staff and subcontractors
• Coordinating and monitoring project schedules, budgets and quality control
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborating with clients, architects and engineers
• Managing and resolving site issues
• Reporting project progress to senior management
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Site Manager role within commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of the Melbourne construction industry
• Excellent understanding of construction methods, regulations and safety standards
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
