We have a new role available to Join Townsville Wholesale Batteries, this full-time Automotive Battery Sales & Installation role is an excellent opportunity to apply your skills and expertise in the automotive trades industry. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality battery sales and installation services to our valued customers.

Key responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service and product knowledge to help customers find the right battery or accessory for their needs

Assisting with inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising displays

Accurately diagnose battery issues and recommend appropriate replacement options

Professionally install new batteries, ensuring a seamless customer experience

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with industry developments

Contribute to a positive high performance team culture and exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

Experience in the automotive trades, specifically battery sales and installation Preferred

Technical skills and the ability to problem-solve battery-related issues

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide tailored solutions

A positive, team-oriented attitude and the willingness to learn and grow

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety

Interest in 4x4, camping or Auto Electrical is Advantageous
