About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Car Audio Salesperson to assist customers in selecting the best audio solutions for their vehicles. You’ll be responsible for understanding their needs, explaining product features, and ensuring an exceptional end-to-end experience—whether it’s a simple speaker upgrade or a full custom install.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in the showroom or over the phone/email.

Provide expert advice on car audio systems, including head units, amplifiers, speakers, subwoofers, and integration solutions.

Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements, budget, and vehicle compatibility.

Prepare quotes and process sales transactions.

Liaise with installation team to coordinate bookings and ensure accurate job handovers.

Stay up to date with the latest product releases and technology trends in the car audio industry.

Maintain showroom presentation and stock levels.

About You

Strong knowledge of car audio products and installation principles (hands-on experience is a plus).
