Our client is a luxury lifestyle brand. They are proud to be setting new standards of luxury, working closely with clients and partners to raise the bar when it comes to luxury living in Melbourne's most desirable suburbs. Currently, they are looking to recruit a Head of Marketing.

As a Head of Marketing, you will work closely with the Head of Sales, as well as other Head of Departments, to ensure marketing efforts are closely aligned with sales objectives, business growth strategies and goals. This role requires an exceptional leader who is a strategic thinker who can balance creativity with data-driven decision-making to drive measurable marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with the Head of Sales and other departments to develop integrated marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads and enhance customer engagement.
• Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns.
• Ensure the brand remains strong, consistent, and relevant across all marketing channels, including print, digital, and experiential marketing.
• Lead the creative direction for all marketing materials and assets.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on creativity, innovation, and achieving results.
• Develop and implement training and professional development programs to ensure the marketing team stays up to date with industry trends and marketing best practices.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head of Marketing or Senior Marketing Manager.
• Formal qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field are highly desirable.
• A minimum of 8 years experience marketing, communications or related field.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop talent.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate marketing strategies and results to senior leadership.
