A boutique accounting and wealth management firm in the Sydney CBD

Your new role

  • Handle client enquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional assistance.
  • Act as a liaison with ASIC and ATO for client and firm matters.
  • Assist in setting up and onboarding new clients in practice management software, ATO Portal, and ASIC.
  • Maintain accurate client data, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
  • Manage inbound ATO and ASIC correspondences.
  • Package final client documents for signature, ensuring attention to detail and quality control.
  • Perform light office duties such as answering phones, organising mail, and attending to client and staff needs.
  • Assist in arranging firm events and functions.
  • Provide administrative support, including document management, filing, and archiving.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in ASIC / ATO is essential
  • Experience in an accountancy firm is desirable
  • Happy to go into the office 5 days a week
