• Lead by example, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and quality standards
• Mentor practitioners at various levels, promoting continuous improvement in behaviour support practices
• Conduct peer review Behaviour Support Plans, providing constructive feedback to enhance service delivery
• Build strong partnerships with participants, families, and community stakeholders and promote support services
• Lead team meetings, fostering a culture of engagement and commitment values
• Adhere to all OH&S policies, ensuring a safe environment for staff and participants

Your Qualifications and Experience

• In-depth knowledge of contemporary practices for people with challenging behaviours
• MUST HAVE relevant qualification and registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner at (proficient, advanced/specialist level)
• Experience in motivating and mentoring a team of practitioners
• Proficiency in electronic client management systems and data analysis
• Proven experience in managing a financially sustainable service
