Are you an experienced export professional looking to join a supportive and growth-focused team? A well-established, family-run logistics company based in Tullamarine is seeking a proactive and reliable Export Officer to support their expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
• Handle end-to-end export processes including bookings, documentation, and compliance
• Manage airfreight, LCL and FCL shipments with accuracy and attention to detail
• Liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, and customers to coordinate shipments
• Use CargoWise to manage and track shipments
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service excellence

About You

• Previous experience in export operations, particularly airfreight, LCL and FCL
• Strong working knowledge of CargoWise
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
• A team player with a strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
