The Role

An opportunity has arisen for a Family Lawyer to join our family law division.

Duties & Responsibilities:

As an integral team member you will work alongside the Managing Partner and be given the opportunity to instruct some of Australia's leading Counsel on a variety of matters:

Your work will include:

Property Settlements;

Parenting and children's matters;

Child support and divorce;

Attending Alternative Dispute Resolution;

Instructing and working closely with Counsel;

Being responsible for client's matters from start to finish.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

Minimum 4 years post admission experience in Family Law;

Hold a valid practicing certificate in NSW;

Outstanding attention to detail and critical thinking skills;

Solid written, analytical and communication skills;

Be able to work autonomously and have full carriage of matters;

Be resilient and able to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines, often with competing priorities;

Be a confident communicator able to deal with clients from all walks of life;

Be able to build strong client relationships
