About the role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our team at HANARO MART' in Robina, Queensland. This part-time role will involve providing exceptional customer service and assisting with the day-to-day operations of our retail store.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

Restocking and maintaining product displays

Operating the cash register and processing sales transactions

Handling customer queries and complaints effectively

Adhering to store policies and procedures

Participating in inventory management and stock-taking activities

Maintaining a clean and organised store environment
