The Role
You’ll be the face of our clinic – helping patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their vision and style. This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in offering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome patients and manage front-of-house experience

Assist with eyewear styling and fittings across our curated designer range

Handle appointment scheduling and patient communication

Support pre-testing and clinical setup for optometrists

Keep the practice clean, organised, and visually aligned with our brand

Assist in occasional online order packing and inventory tasks

About You

Previous experience in retail, reception, or optical environments is highly valued

A genuine interest in fashion, design, or healthcare

Professional communication skills and strong attention to detail

Confident, warm, and well-presented

Saturday availability is essential
