About the role

As a fulltime fabricator welder at Boatfit and rv and Floats WA', you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and assembly of high-quality boats, RVs, and floats for our clients in the Trades & Services industry. Based in our Malaga, WA 6090 workshop, you will use your exceptional welding and fabrication skills to bring our customers' designs to life.

What you'll be doing

Fabricate and assemble boat, RV, and float components according to technical specifications

Perform welding tasks using various welding techniques and equipment

Interpret technical drawings and work instructions to ensure precise and consistent manufacturing

Operate power tools, machinery, and other equipment necessary for the fabrication process

Maintain a clean and organised work environment, following all safety protocols

Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a fabricator welder, preferably in the marine, RV, trailer or similar industries

Strong welding skills, with the ability to work with a variety of materials and techniques

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Strong teamwork and communication skills
