About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Junior Quantity Surveyor / Project Coordinator to join the team in Redbank Plains. This role is ideal for someone green, hands-on, and eager to learn – a true all-rounder ready to gain exposure across both estimating and project coordination functions.
You’ll be working closely with senior staff on a variety of custom home and subdivision projects, with strong support and real potential for long-term growth within the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with cost estimating, BOQs and tender preparation
• Provide support to project management and delivery teams
• Track budgets, costs, and assist in contract administration
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors
• Help coordinate schedules, materials, and timelines
• Conduct site visits and assist in quality/compliance monitoring
• Learn all facets of the residential build process

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field
• Ideally previous experience or exposure within residential construction
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to be hands-on
• A team player with a desire to grow long-term within the company
