Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations

Certificate III in Civil Construction

Most of our training is delivered face-to-face in communities across the Kimberley. We welcome applicants from outside the region who require FIFO, with various roster options available.

About the Role
As a Trainer and Assessor with Djaringo, you’ll be responsible for delivering nationally recognised qualifications and skill sets to our students. You’ll help equip people with practical, job-ready skills through engaging, flexible and culturally appropriate training.

Key responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver high-quality, interactive training sessions using approved materials

Conduct assessments in line with Djaringo’s policies and training package requirements

Support the Compliance Manager in keeping training resources current and compliant

Assist in developing and reviewing training and assessment materials

Maintain accurate training records and assessment results

Participate in validation, moderation, and audit processes

Keep your industry skills and qualifications current through ongoing professional development

Work closely with our supportive Broome-based team and travel to remote Kimberley communities as required

What You’ll Need

Current driver’s licence (HR highly desirable)

The right to work in Australia

Ability and willingness to travel throughout the Kimberley

Ability to provide or obtain a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check

Qualification Requirements (You must have this):

TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or

TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or

TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with the following units:

TAELLN411 (or TAELLN401A)

TAEASS502 (or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B)

We are currently looking for industry-experienced trainers and assessors who have recent and relevant experience in the following qualifications:

Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations, or

Certificate III in Civil Construction
