The Role

As a TrueCover Customer Care Specialist, you will be the point of contact for new and existing customers, helping them purchase appropriate insurance or resolving their inquiry. The TrueCover contact centre is open Monday to Saturdays. We are open to candidates seeking a full-time, part-time or casual role. Role responsibilities include:

  • Listening to customers’ needs and identifying insurance products that offer tailored protection at a lower cost
  • Supporting customers with empathy, cheerfulness and attentiveness
  • Contributing to a high-performing and happy culture

About You

You have a knack for talking to anyone and everyone and you are excited about the prospect of working within a role that can be tailored around your lifestyle.
