Our customer is one of the largest kitchenware and homewares distributors in Australia.
Located in Hornsby, they are seeking a new customer service team member who is ready for a challenge.
Duties include:
Processing customer service phone enquiries.
Receiving and processing customer orders
Building strong working relationships with customers and your team.
Monitor delivery deadlines
Skills and experience required:
Computer literate with accurate data entry - must include proficiency with EXCEL
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
Excellent phone manner with the ability to build a strong rapport by providing outstanding customer service.
Confident and positive attitude, well organised with good time management skills
This role is available immediately for Australian and New Zealand citizens or candidates holding a PR visa.
They are close to public transport
