At Bite & Babble, we believe in empowering you at every bite and babble — and we’re looking for a passionate Speechie to grow with us!

We’re offering full-time (4 days in clinic, one day mobile/ WFH) and part-time opportunities to New Graduates, early career Speechies, and experienced clinicians who are ready for their next chapter.

About the Role

You’ll deliver therapy to a paediatric caseload, with opportunities to grow into adult services as your confidence and interest expand.

Work with paediatric clients (speech, language, fluency, AAC, feeding, OMT), with exciting opportunities to expand into adult clients from mid-2025.

See up to 5 face-to-face clients per day, with paid time for planning and note writing — because we know good therapy takes time.

Mostly in-clinic, with one day of mobile sessions (travel reimbursed at $0.96/hour) and WFH opportunity for full-timers.

Salary is competitive and tailored to your experience and work structure, with performance-based increases available.

Full admin support – no chasing payments or managing bookings. We handle that, so you can do what you love.
