About the Role

As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you’ll combine clinical service delivery with leadership, supervision, and mentoring. You'll help shape our growing Speech Pathology team while continuing to provide excellent care in the community.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Speech Pathologists, fostering professional growth and excellence.

Provide clinical supervision and guidance for graduate Speech Pathologists in our structured graduate program.

Deliver mobile speech pathology services, supporting individuals across a variety of sectors including NDIS and Aged Care assisting with swallowing assessments, meal-time management, communication therapy, and AAC prescription and training.

Develop evidence-based intervention plans to improve speech and communication challenges.

Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Podiatrists and dietitians, to deliver holistic care.

Innovate and improve service delivery, contributing to continuous quality improvement and best practices.

About You

SPA-registered Speech Pathologist with 2+ years of experience in speech pathology, ideally in the assessment and treatment of individuals living with a disability across the lifespan.

Leadership experience is desirable, but we also welcome applicants who are ready to step into a leadership role with strong support.

Passionate about mentoring and developing early-career professionals.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage effectively with clients, businesses, and stakeholders.

Proactive and solution-focused, with a drive to make a meaningful impact.

Professional indemnity insurance and current driver’s licence, with access to a reliable vehicle for mobile service delivery across Sydney.
