About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Client Services Manager to work closely with the Managing Director and other team members. This role is critical to delivering exceptional support to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with day-to-day client relationships, becoming the first point of contact for client enquiries.
• Providing administrative support to the adviser and other team members.
• Data collection from various providers and preparation of documents for client reviews.
• Preparing simple advice documents and assisting with the preparation of complex advice.
• Administration relating to implementation including, superannuation funds, investment funds, Education Bonds, Annuities etc.
• Update and maintain the Xplan database.

The Candidate

To be considered for this role, you will have a passion for the financial planning profession and have a personality that allows you to engage well with other team members and clients. To be successful in this role you will also need to demonstrate the following:

• 3+ years experience (minimum) in a Client Services position within financial planning.
• High attention to detail
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills
• A good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong experience with Xplan
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional presentation
