About the Role

As a key team member, you’ll perform advanced laser and skin treatments with a strong focus on safety, personalised care, and exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of skin and laser treatments including:

Laser hair removal

Pigmentation & vascular reduction

Skin rejuvenation

Skin needling, peels, LED therapy & microdermabrasion

HiFu and RF Body Contouring

Deliver professional skin consultations and customised treatment plans

Maintain precise client records and client progress notes

Support reception tasks, client bookings, and enquiries

Meet individual and team sales targets and KPIs

Provide expert skincare advice and post-treatment care guidance

Adhere to clinical protocols, hygiene, and laser safety procedures

Stay current with industry innovations and techniques

About You

You're passionate about skin health, confident with laser technology, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

If you don’t yet have experience with every treatment or device we use, you must be willing to learn and undergo training, we support growth and development for the right candidate.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma of Beauty Therapy (or equivalent – essential)

Queensland Radiation Use Licence (essential)

Infection Control: HLTINF005 (essential)

1–2+ years of hands-on experience with skin & laser treatments

Experience with Candela GentleMax Pro (highly desirable)

Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset

Proven ability to achieve retail sales and service KPIs

Flexibility to work weekends and Thursday late-night trade

Willingness to learn and be trained in new treatments and technology
