Expected salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year. Weekend availability required.
The Sports Development Officer develops, promotes, delivers and manages a windsurfing and sailing activities and programs.
Australian Sailing Instructor, first aid, WWCC, NSW power boat license and powerboat handing certifications are required.
Main tasks
Develops and implements windsurfing and sailing development programs and initiatives
Promotes and markets windsurfing and sailing activities to the community
Provides guidance and support to individuals and groups in developing their windsurfing and sailing skills
Organises and coordinates windsurfing and sailing events, competitions and training sessions
WSC is a grass roots, not-for-profit club determined to secure the future of dinghy sailing on Sydney Harbour. WSC’s focus is to build its sailing school, youth squads and racing to provide affordable opportunities for everyone to get onto the water.
