We’re looking for a Casual Instructional Designer who can work independently to develop engaging and compliant learning materials for the rail and civil construction industries in NSW and Qld. This role is ideal for someone with an eye for detail and a strong understanding of ASQA standards and RTO compliance

Key Responsibilities

Develop and review training and assessment materials aligned with ASQA and RTO standards.

Contextualise content to match industry-specific requirements in the rail and civil construction sectors in NSW and Qld.

Interpret relevant legislation, regulations, codes of practice, and organisational procedures.

Create materials using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Experience in instructional design in the VET sector.

Knowledge of ASQA standards and best practices for RTO compliance.

Ability to interpret and apply legislative and regulatory frameworks.

Intermediate Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills.

Strong attention to detail and self-motivation.

Highly Regarded

Experience working with or designing content for rail or civil construction industries.

TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
