I'm working with a Tier 2 construction company in Brisbane to help them find an experienced Site Manager to manage a $150M new build apartment just outside of Brisbane CBD.

This company is well-known for producing high end, quality multi-res builds across SEQ.

They have highly experienced team who all work seamlessly together. This company has a strong focus on their internal culture and put their employees above all else.

The Role
Your initial project is a $150M new build apartment in the outer CBD suburbs. With a 2-year construction program and onsite works due to kick off in May, you will be across the entire lifecycle of the project.

About You

• 5+ years experience in a Site Manager role with a Commercial construction company
• Multi res experience - 20 storeys +
• Experience across projects from $50M +
• Strong understanding of WHS regulations
• Proven tenure in your past roles
