We are partnered with a major specialist insurer in the workers compensation space who has some of the highest employee retention rates in the industry and due to promotions and their market share increasing they are seeking experienced Case & Senior Case Managers to join their Corporate team.

The Role & Portfolio

• Full end-to-end claims management maintaining a mixed claims portfolio, heavily physical claims
• Be client facing and involved in tender processes whilst working in a relationship management manner portfolio of claims
• Support the team with training and further enhance your skills and expertise in this sector
• Gain support from Injury Management Advisors/Return to Work, Technical Specialists and Claim Specialists alongside your Team Leader.

About You

• You will be at least an Experienced Case Manager with around 2 + years of experience in end to end claims management
• Senior Case Managers will have a minimum of 3 years experience in managing a mixed case portfolio
• You will be truly passionate about delivering superb customer experiences and enjoy working towards outcomes with a genuine, caring nature that puts customers at the heart of what you do
• You enjoy stepping up and supporting others with mentoring and coaching and are a true team player
