What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Planner, you’ll bring deep expertise and confidence in areas such as:

Leading the preparation, lodgement, and management of Development Applications

Conducting planning assessments and delivering clear, commercially-aware advice to clients

Liaising with clients, consultants, and authorities to keep projects progressing smoothly

Providing high-level written and verbal planning advice

Balancing regulatory requirements with practical, client-focused solutions

What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of planning experience and:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail

The ability to think laterally and provide strategic, commercially-savvy guidance

Project management strengths, including file management and team coordination

Leadership qualities — you're comfortable mentoring junior and offshore team members and delegating effectively

A collaborative, people-first approach that strengthens client and team relationships

Tertiary qualifications in Urban or Town Planning (or related field)

Experience in NSW planning frameworks (highly desirable)

Salary
A salary of $110K + Super is on offer, depending on experience.
