You’ll operate as an independent contractor, using our brand, systems, and leads to build your income, all while helping working professionals access nationally recognised training.

What You’ll Actually Do

You’ll speak with people who already want to upskill, no cold calling! Your job is to guide them to the right course and help them commit. Think less "hard sell," more "let’s figure out what works for you."

You’ll be:

Calling tradies, site managers, professional and business owners

Managing leads using our CRM and SMS/email tools

Following up fast and keeping your pipeline moving

Helping real people take their careers to the next level through professional development

Who This Role Suits

You’ll smash it in this role if:

You’ve worked in/or have decent knowledge of construction, trades, or similar industries

You’ve done phone-based sales or handled inbound/outbound calls before (high volume is critical)

You know how to manage your time, pipeline, metrics that lead to your income goals

You understand what it means to earn on commission and be rewarded for performance

You’re chasing something bigger than just a job

You're able to work full-time from our Brisbane office for at least the first 3 months – this is key to getting set up, learning fast, and building early momentum

What You Can Earn

Average commission is around $1,000+ per sale

20–25% commission on each sale!

Top performers earn $250k+ per year

There’s no cap. If you’re willing to learn the system and put in the effort, the earnings are real.
