This is your chance to earn while you learn—with a base salary of $65,000 + Super, plus commissions to reward your efforts and results.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Director through all stages of the sales process—from appraisal to settlement
• Coordinating open homes, private inspections, and buyer follow-up
• Assisting with property marketing, CRM updates, and lead nurturing
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, and buyers to ensure a smooth sales experience
• Learning how to list and sell in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

What you need:

• Passionate about property and keen to learn the ropes of real estate sales
• Professional, proactive, and well-organised
• Excellent with people and confident in communication
• Hold an up to date QLD Real Estate Certificate or License
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
