OSHC Director – Trinity Gardens School
Location: Trinity Gardens, Adelaide, SA
Position: Full Time – 38 hours per week

Trinity Gardens OSHC is licensed for 135 children and offers Before School Care, After School Care, Vacation Care, and administration hours across Monday to Friday. This full-time position will commence as soon as practicable, with a supportive handover provided to set you up for success.
Your Impact – Key Responsibilities
As OSHC Director, you will:
Build authentic, respectful relationships with children, families, staff, and the wider school community.
Create a welcoming, safe, and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow.
Lead and support the development and implementation of educational programs, in partnership with the Assistant Director/Educational Leader and OSHC team.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service with confidence, compassion, and professionalism.
Collaborate closely with School Leadership, the OSHC Advisory Committee, and Governing Council.
Ensure full compliance with all regulatory frameworks including National Quality Standards, Child Care Subsidy requirements, and Family Law legislation.
Manage key service functions including medication protocols, staff onboarding, payroll, and rostering.

What You Bring – Essential Criteria
A minimum of 2 years’ leadership experience in a children’s service or similar role.
Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.
Strong administrative and operational skills, including financial and CCS (Child Care Subsidy) management.
Relevant qualifications, including a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Bachelor of Education (or equivalent as recognised by ACECQA).
Current HLTAID012 First Aid, including asthma and anaphylaxis.
Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
Completion of Responding to Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care (RRHAN-EC).
Willingness to attend out-of-hours meetings, training, and service events (conditions as per award/enterprise agreement).
Knowledge of Protective Practices for staff working with children and young people.
A strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the My Time, Our Place learning framework.
Food Safety Training certification.
