About the role

We're seeking a proven SENIOR Web Designer with substantial professional experience creating successful commercial websites. This is a role for someone who has mastered their craft (or well on their way there) and can drive creative direction while enjoying the work-life balance most designers only dream about. Full-time position with hybrid working and a genuine 4-day work week (Monday - Thursday).

Salary: $80,000-$95,000 + super dependent on experience

What you'll bring:

5+ years professional web design experience (ideally with agency experience - but not necessary)

A portfolio showcasing successful commercial web projects

Proven ability to guide design vision from concept to completion

Strong client communication skills

Experience directing visual strategy

The ability to transform business challenges into beautiful, functional websites

Technical skillset you'll have:

Adobe Creative Suite & Figma mastery

Responsive design expertise

Bonus: Experience using Zeplin or other design hand-off tools

Bonus: HTML/CSS and WordPress knowledge (bonus)

Nice to have: Experience with Basecamp and/or other project management tools
