We’re seeking an experienced Intermediate or Senior Safety Advisor to step into a pivotal role, supporting the safe delivery of $100M+ commercial developments in the greater Brisbane area.

Responsibilities

• Leading by example on active construction sites, ensuring a strong safety culture
• Conducting regular site inspections, audits, and safety meetings
• Driving compliance with OH&S legislation and internal safety frameworks
• Managing site-based safety documentation and reporting systems
• Facilitating toolbox talks and onboarding new team members
• Playing a key role on projects involving tower cranes and major structural works
  

About you

• Cert IV in WHS (or equivalent)
• Experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial builders
• Familiarity with complex structures and tower crane operations
• Proven ability to communicate and lead confidently across site teams
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
